Orqify is a small AI automation agency based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. We respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Contact form / lead signup: your email address when you sign up for our automation checklist or message us through the site.
  • Chatbot conversations: anything you type into the chat widget on our site, plus our scripted/AI responses. We may also store the rough business type, pain point, and budget range you share so we can prepare for a call.
  • Analytics:pseudonymous usage data like which pages you visit, how long you stay, what device and country you're visiting from, and which referrer brought you here.
  • Booking details: if you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and the time you picked.
  • Client portal accounts: for active clients, an email address and password for the project portal, plus the project and update content you and we post there.

How we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and run discovery calls.
  • To send the resources you signed up for (e.g. the automation checklist).
  • To understand which content and pages are actually useful so we can improve the site.
  • To deliver and support the projects we've been hired to build for you.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it for unrelated marketing.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a few well-known third parties to run the site and the business. Their privacy policies cover their own collection and use of data.

  • Google Analytics — pseudonymous pageview and traffic analytics.
  • Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — email signup storage and newsletter sending.
  • Anthropic Claude API — powers the AI replies in our chat widget. Chat content is sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
  • Cal.com — handles discovery-call bookings.
  • Supabase — stores chatbot conversations (so we can review them and improve the bot), client portal accounts, and project tracking data.
  • Vercel (or similar hosting) — serves the website and handles request logs.

Data retention

We keep data for as long as we have a reasonable need for it: live leads stay in Brevo until you unsubscribe, chatbot logs are kept for up to 12 months so we can spot patterns and improve responses, and client project data stays in the portal until the engagement ends and you ask us to remove it. Analytics data follows Google's default retention settings.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles and equivalent overseas frameworks (e.g. GDPR if you're in the EU), you can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you,
  • correct anything that's wrong, and
  • delete your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for the admin panel and client portal (to keep you signed in) and Google Analytics drops its own cookies for analytics. You can clear or block these in your browser at any time without affecting your ability to read the public pages.
